Staff Development

  Periodical staff training and enrichment programmes are conducted.

 Salary is credited in the respective salary account of the staff on the last day of the month.

 Increment is given every year to all the staff.

 The management contributes to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and ESI of the staff.

 The staff are given interest free loan that is deducted in the salary when they undergo financial crisis.

 The management provides registration fees / travel allowances for the staff to attend seminars and workshops.

 A free health check-up is done for all the staff by Apollo Hospitals.

 The staff are honoured with gifts on Annual Sports Meet by the Management.

 The Management hosts dinners in honour of the staff producing good results in the University examinations.

 The Management gives annual vacation to the teaching and the non- teaching staff.
